Babul Supriyo with his album “Sochta Hun” kept his first step in the Indipop genre. The album showcased Babul’s unique ability to address with élan the emotions that the young hearts feel when in love! And yes, the album became a huge success with the title song “Sochta Hun” topping all charts. SHAMUR achieved global success with the ethnic infused dance hit “Let The Music Play” released as a single in 2005. The track is still a perennial airplay favorite across tv, radio and clubs in India. SHAMUR followed up “Let The Music Play” with another club banger “Gonna Make It” which once again burnt up dance floors.

Since then SHAMUR have been working hard on their debut album and the result is SHARDANA – an album filled with wicked tunes and infectious hooks that’s bound to burn up dance floors all over again!
